In application of Legislative Decree 231/01, which introduces the "administrative liability" of entities for crimes committed, in Italy or abroad, by administrators, employees, or other subjects operating in the interest or advantage of the entities themselves, Gaber has adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model regarding workplace safety. This Model establishes organizational safeguards and behavior protocols that are implemented through internal procedures, training activities, and audit/assurance. The Model is continuously updated and improved, both to respond to ongoing regulatory changes and to adapt it to the corporate organization. A Supervisory Body, composed of an external professional, has been appointed to oversee the correct application of the Model.
