Gaber designs and manufactures according to the rhythms and needs of nature, respecting our natural environment, for high social value projects that promote the circular economy. Environmental protection and the continuous search for eco-friendly solutions play an important role within the company. Starting with the separate disposal of waste in offices and production areas: paper, cardboard, plastic, packaging, metal, and glass are carefully separated and recycled through both internal and external industrial processes and continue to the autonomous production of energy thanks to state-of-the-art photovoltaic systems.

Materials
Since 2000, Gaber has committed to not using polluting substances, encouraging the use of recycled materials that respect our planet.
TECHNOPOLYMER
Gaber uses only innovative, 100% recyclable thermoplastic materials. Each technopolymer product is marked with a specific symbol to identify the type of polymer and facilitate correct recycling. The production is free of additional chemicals, and the materials come entirely from the European Union, exempting Gaber from ECHA registration, in line with the 'Reach Regulation'.
METAL
Gaber's metal structures are environmentally friendly and offer 'trivalent' chroming and painted finishes. The high-quality epoxy powder coating not only ensures color stability over time but also makes the frames resistant to corrosion and weathering.
WOOD
Gaber's wood products comply with European Standards on formaldehyde emissions (E1 according to EN717-EN120). Gaber uses only PEFC certified wood, ensuring quality and safety.
PACKAGING
Gaber's corrugated cardboard boxes, printed with eco-friendly inks, are made with at least 80% recycled and recyclable materials, FSC Recycled certified. The packaging is optimized to save space and transportation costs, respecting the environment.

The application of Minimum Environmental Criteria reflects our commitment to sustainability. We value environmental quality and respect for social criteria, responding to the need to promote a more circular production and consumption model.

Recycling unit
For Gaber, sustainability is a mission. When production processes are efficient, waste is reduced, resources are saved, and environmental impact is limited. That's why we invest in advanced technologies: by reducing energy consumption and promoting the reuse of waste materials, we ensure the sustainability of our activities. Gaber Recycling Unit is a division of Gaber s.r.l, dedicated to recycling plastic and metal materials from the industry. Thanks to an automatic differentiation system, these materials are reused for new productions, creating a virtuous cycle that respects and protects nature.
